Ashley uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused, and mindfulness approaches to help her clients overcome life\u2019s challenges. Ashley is a firm believer that everyone deserves to live a peaceful and fulfilling life and aspires to assist her clients in overcoming life\u2019s inevitable challenges to maintain this peace and fulfillment in their lives.<\/p>\n
