<\/a>I graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Master\u2019s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2013. I currently work with children ages 10 and up, adolescents, and adults at any stage in life and in individual, couple or family settings.<\/p>\n

I seek to provide a safe environment for my clients to feel comfortable in exploring what they need to accomplish their goals in therapy. I enjoy using humor and meeting clients where they are at. I use a wide variety of approaches to adapt treatment to every client and their individual needs. These may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness based, behavioral, solution-focused, trauma-informed, narrative and internal family systems for challenges with depression, anxiety, relationship and family issues, and life transitions or changes.<\/p>\n
